Our Policies
Rates:
Rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to 5% goods and services tax and the Alberta provincial tourism levy of 4%
Jasper House Bungalows does not charge a 2% destination marketing fee
Rates are for the number of people specified; charges are applied for additional occupants.
Pet Policy:
Absolutely no pets permitted during the high season.
Small pets (under 15 pounds) may be allowed in the off season at the managers discretion. A charge of $10.00 per night would apply.
Pets are not to be left alone on the property, in vehicles or in any room at any time.
Cancellation Policy:
7 day cancellation policy. If room is not cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date a charge of the equivalent of the 1st night lodging will be applied to your credit card. Because we have many repeat customers and many special requests, any reservation made 60 days or more in advance is subject to a 14 day cancellation policy.
Reservations are not accepted without a credit card number.
Smoking Policy:
All units are non-smoking. As all units have direct access to the outdoors, please see the receptionist for an ashtray if you wish to smoke outside.
Privacy Policy:
Jasper House Bungalows collects and uses you information for the sole purpose of reserving and holding rooms for your use. The information may be used to contact you in the case of lost items, damage to rooms or a change in your reservation. Your personal information will be used to complete transactions requested by you and to send you administrative communications and may be used to take a message for you while you are guests of Jasper House Bungalows. Your personal information will remain on file for the period of 7 years as required by the Canadian government to keep records for tax purposes. Your personal information is not shared with any third parties and is strictly kept in the possession of Jasper House Bungalows.
