To secure your reservation, a deposit of the first night + tax must be processed at the time of the reservation. If your card is declined and your reservation is unsecured, your reservation may be cancelled without notice. The reservation must be secured with a valid credit card. We are unable to accept Visa/Debit and Mastercard/Debit cards for a deposit.
A cancellation up to seven days prior to arrival or more will result in a full refund less a $25 administration fee. Cancellations within and including seven days prior to arrival will result in a charge of one-night's rate plus taxes on your credit card.
Bookings of three to five rooms under the same name or for the purpose of a tour group or event are automatically considered group bookings. The group leader is required to make an advanced pre-payment for all the rooms in the booking block unless otherwise pre-negotiated with Jasper House Bungalows’ management.
Cancellations of 30 days prior to arrival or more will incur a $50 administration fee per room. Cancellations within and including 30 days prior to arrival will result in the loss of the guest’s full deposit received at the time of booking. This applies to all event group bookings - for example: weddings, company retreats, family reunions, etc..
Bookings of greater than five rooms fall under our Contracted group policy and must be made directly with Jasper House Bungalows’ management. Please call 780.852.4535 to make a booking of more than five rooms. Bookings may be cancelled if a contract is not signed 60 days prior to arrival date.
Any bookings made under a contracted agreement between Jasper House Bungalows and third parties are subject to the cancellation policy outlined in the agreement.
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent a room. Guests may check in at any time after 4:00 p.m. on date of arrival. Please arrive for check in with your identification, credit card and license plate number to expedite the process.
The front office is generally open from 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. and may be closed based on its seasonal hours. If you are expecting to check in outside of our regular front office hours, please notify us directly to make late arrival check in arrangements.
Please arrange any late check outs directly with the front desk prior. Check outs after 11:30 a.m. result in a $50 fee. Failing to check out before 3:00 p.m. can incur a room charge of one full day plus tax applied to guest’s credit card.
Your reservation is confirmed with your dates in a confirmation email and again at check in. Any early check outs will result in the full payment of the original reservation.
Any lost or non-returned key will be charged a $75 change-of-lock fee.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% smoke free. Designated smoking areas are located at the gazebos around the property. A minimum $500 damage/deep-cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates our non-smoking policy in guest rooms or in any space other than the designated smoking areas on the property.
We operate a family friendly resort. Any excessive noise in or around the cabins is not acceptable especially between the hours of 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. The resort reserves the right to evict and charge a noise disturbance fee of a minimum $300 or the amount of compensation given to other guests, whichever is greater, due to noise.
A maximum number of guests in each room is limited by fire code, Alberta Health and occupancy restrictions. Guests checking in with additional people may be refused service. Any unregistered additional people found in a room are subject to eviction from the resort by management effective immediately and a charge of $100 per additional person per night applied to guest’s credit card.
Any additional cleaning that is deemed to be in excess of normal use of the facilities will incur a fee based on extra time needed to clean. Guest is responsible for any damages and/or missing items taken from the room which may then be applied to guest’s credit card. This includes lost revenue if the room is placed out of order.
Jasper House Bungalows is in a wildlife corridor. As a safety precaution to our guests, the public and to wildlife, pets are strictly prohibited from all rooms and spaces within and around our property. This includes pets enclosed in private vehicles while visiting our property. Any guest who violates the No Pet Policy will face eviction and may be assessed a minimum $250 fee for disturbance, deep room cleaning and/or other damages.
We have a strict No Fire/Barbecue policy for the Jasper House Bungalows property due to the pine-beetle infestation in Jasper National Park. As it is common for wildlife to frequent our property looking for food, any guest(s) who violate the No Fire/Barbecue policy will face eviction and a minimum $250 fee for damage.
Total stay must be paid in full at check in. By signing your registration card, you authorize Jasper House Bungalows to charge the credit card on file for the remaining balance owed at check in plus incidental charges and/or any fees incurred related to infringement of the Jasper House Bungalows policy.
An unregistered guest is considered anyone without a reservation or persons over the maximum allowable room limit. Any additional unregistered guests will result in an additional charge of $100 per person and possible eviction of the entire party.
Visitors must always be accompanied by a registered guest of Jasper House Bungalows. Visitors of guests must vacate the property by 10:00 p.m. Visitors on the property after 10:00 p.m. will be considered an unregistered guest. Parking in reserved spots, overnight parking, picnicking and camping on Jasper House Bungalows property is strictly prohibited.
Alberta Health pandemic protocols regarding group gathering with minimums of people, and practices such as masking, hand sanitizing, etc. while on our property will be strictly enforced.
